Job Description:
Provide Pre/Post sales technical support
for IP base telecommunication, multimedia technology product.
UICUCOM is looking for experienced Technical Support engineers
to join a highly technical team. The successful candidates
must have had direct relevant experience in IP network
support and development. Experience supporting customers
is critical.
Technical Support engineers are responsible
for the post-deployment support of custom solutions based
on UICUCOM’s product. Travel and on-site presence at customer
sites may at times be required. The position is expected
a highly experience IP networking background with hands-on
experience particular in SOHO router, FW, videoconferencing,
security encryption and wireless LAN setting. UICUCOM
also offer a great opportunity for the candidate to be
part of IP network product design and implementation team
to design integrated next generation multimedia system.
Job Qualifications:
-A passion for quality and customer satisfaction are essential.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Bilingual on Chinese, English is plus
-Must have a customer-service attitude- i.e. must have
the ability to listen, to be calm in stressful situations,
and to focus on understanding and resolving customer issues.
-Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support of
enterprise networking.
-Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
-At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience
in TCP/IP.
-Minimum 2 years experience working on customer-facing
positions.
-Solid experience on Unix, Linux, MS Windows, and MS Office
tools.
-Solid in GNU, C, C++.
-Experience in H.323, ISDN, telecomm technologies, SIP,
and ITU protocol are plus.
-Minimum of a BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
strongly preferred.

2. Regional Sale Rep - 2 positions(US and South
America)
Job Description
This Corporate Sales position is geared to individuals
who are energetic, driven, and goal oriented. The Corporate
Sales Representative is responsible for driving direct
sales into accounts. Corporate Reps actively manage the
entire sales cycle including prospecting, developing new
relationships with C-level individuals, negotiating contracts,
and closing business. The Corporate Sales Representative
must have aggressive "hunting" skills with a
proven track record for prospecting and closing new business.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Prospect a geographic territory, contact, qualify and
close deals
- Build and manage a pipeline and continually generate
new accounts
- Conduct online sales presentations and prepare quotes
for customers
- Meet and exceed quarterly quotas
- Forecast sales activity, maintainance
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years direct sales experience (preferably
2 or more years with a Telco or Technology company)
- Experience developing and maintaining a geographic territory
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Detail oriented with strong follow up skills
- Experience conducting Video, Voice, Conferencing, Security,
IP network product.
- Demonstrated successful sales record by consistently
achieving or exceed assigned sales quota
- Spanish proficiency for South American market is required
- BS in Business Administration or equivalent education
